Are there any champions that counter Vayne? (serious)

I think all of us have a tilt champion. Mine is . As a jungle main I always make it a point to either ban her or hard camp her lane to an obnoxious level when I'm playing against her. What I've learned is that the only way to really beat her is to close out the game ASAP. She always becomes a monster if the game goes past 30 mins. She kites like nobodies business, she has plenty of self peel with her E and her R stealth. If you're playing anything with hard cc she will probably rush . Worst of all, the only people lately whom I see playing her are people who are very skilled with her. Now this isn't a nerf Vayne thread, though I'd be extremely happy if she was gutted. What I'm looking for is some way to counter her, asides ending pre-30 mins. Is there a champion whose kit just destroys her at all points of the game?
