Tyler 1 was unbanned?

After the whole Sanjuro fiesta PB showed they really detest Tyler 1. What do you all think about this?

1.) Tyler 1 is not unbanned. He is still both ID banned, and all (that we know) of his banned accounts are still banned. 2.) This has nothing to do with Sanjuro, or T1. We have been working on an 'ID ban' policy for several months. It was something we had been dealing with reactively, and needed a framework to follow in order to be consistent and fair. 3.) All this means is there is a review period for 'ID banned' players. 4.) IF, after review, an 'ID banned' player were to get unbanned they would not get their banned accounts back.
How many chances does a guy like this get? Maybe he has changed, but who cares? Up until recently he gave zero f#@#$s. If I had a say I'd vote no.
I see, so they're giving him a chance to have his ID ban lifted. This will allow him to once again stream league (If he passes the requirements).
I would like to point out that this doesn't mean tyler1 is immune to the system. Chances are if he gets more accounts permabanned in the future, Riot will ID ban him again and not give him anymore chances.
Just unban him so people can stop being annoying
The thing is, they did say him at some point that he needed to prove himself. Phreak himself said something about him knowing what to do to get unbanned, implying that an unban was not out of question. The question is, was he ever again banned for toxicity after that or just because of "T1 is not allowed to play LoL". That's what they're gonna look at, if he truely wasn't toxic and the past few bans were really just banning for the sake of banning T1, then he gets permission to play again (no, the banned accounts stay banned).
Just ignoring him outright would make Riot look bad too because they already made that statement that implied he had a chance. Now it's whether or not he made use of that chance, and the review on the past few accounts will prove or disprove it.

Sanjuro's comments suggested there being powers within riot with anti tyler1 bias on a personal level .
i'm happy for Tyler1 that he gets a chance to prove he is truly reformed.
Meanwhile us player get banned and get no chance to "reform" .. screw Riot Logic really..
