No the chinese new year is next week. Though I'm sure that we'll see the skins a few days before.

Not sure if Riot gave an exact date for the begin of the lunar revel,if it is today,then it'll likely come out later this day.

Lunar New Year is next week. As of now, it's still too early for even the RGM as well.

" Lunar Revel was said to be for 8.3 and will start on February 8th and the patch will launch on Feb 7th."

LOL. I'd guess we need to wait until next week.

Right now it's Swain's turn, then it'll be the sweetheart skins for a bit (until V-day on the 14th), and then Lunar Revel probably on the 15th (it's officially on the 16th).
