I can't kite very well

Once the attack speed goes to about 1.3 or above it gets kinda hard to kite things. I don't like attack move because not every ADC can get away with it, and it gets somewhat unresponsive sometimes.

I can't play osu at all and if I just right click to orbwalk then I eventually start to misclick, ESPECIALLY vs yordles and midget champions. Also if I were to focus a lot on kiting my right side of the hand starts to feel extremely tense after awhile so I get distracted.

Should I just stick with attack move or.. is there any type of game that is about right clicking bruisers coming at you at 40 mph? Is there any way to make the APM feel natural?

If you need help practicing kiting, and need to move from a tanky char, try gnar. His miniform is good for that. For ADC, ashe's entire kit is kiting, and if she gets a small lead, nobody can get near her without dashes. Kiting is more about ccing than it is just attack moving. For people without any cc, like corki, you can do a quick combo of a q toss, w away, r back at them, auto, and walk away while still dealing a ton of damage. Kiting is just creating a distance between you and your opponent while dealing damage.

I bind my attack move to the "T" key and just use my mouse.

Now it is time for me to give you some advice. (I'm referencing the time when you gave me all of that beneficial advice about Vayne. Thanks again for that.)

Personally, my favorite was to kite someone out is to use Attack Move Click, and if a fight is intense or if there are too many enemy minions around, I would normally attack using the regular old Right Click method. Now, I have my Attack Move Click bound to my Middle Mouse Button (Scroll Wheel Button) and it took me a while to get used to using that binding, but after practicing a bit, kiting just became totally natural. Just remember that when a fight is too intense, try to alternate between Right Clicking enemy champions and using Attack Move Click because with someone like Vayne who needs to proc her third consecutive auto attack, you don't want to risk attacking the wrong target and slowing down your damage. As far as how to kite, it's all dependent on the situation. In a lot of cases, I usually try to auto attack and run as I normally would, but if I notice that the enemy is gaining up on me, I just try to run away completely without fighting back. In some cases, I can sometimes turn and go for an all-in, especially if I know that I can't escape, but in some cases, it's better to just run and hope for the best.

Now, I'm sure you know the essentials of how to dodge enemy abilities while fighting, so I'll just leave that alone. Good luck, and if you need any extra help, just practice in bot matches. Considering how aggro they play, you'll be able to learn how to kite in no time. Good luck.
