Ahri needs a buff; now I do mean buff her dmg instead fix her movement speed buff like instead of what it is now, give to her on her ult instead with two charges gives 20% ms for 2 seconds ( not affecting charge time for how long to dash ) and at 1 charge 10% ms for 1 second so she will not have such a wasted stat as it is now yeah she will more movement speed than now but it's effectiveness is determined by how she uses her ultimate very similar to how riven is very mobile if she spaces her all of her q's and her e other wise she has no mobility. This plan is perfect*[sg-lux]*

Or... we could just give her MS back to her q and nerf her ult by increasing the cd between dashes. Then, to incentivize it's use as a killing tool rather than an escape tool, allow a portion of that cd to be refreshed so that the cd btwn dashes is less than or equal to what it was before the nerf if used in the general direction of an enemy. General direction is key, as it isnt always best to ult in a straight line to the enemy. That's how you get hit by a skill shot you can't avoid.
