Sivir bug that would be a quility of life fix

So I play sivir with fevor and I ahve noticed that sometimes her w will not trigger fevor if the attack hits champion directly or bounced offed minions and would sometimes trigger but it is like having 1% crit chance it will trigger but randomly please fix
