Give hiem the zyra treatment

Ok several patches ago, zyra recieved a "nerf" that made her so that her plants cannot have the auto champ aquire feature if she does not attack the target. However her plants last merely a 30 seconds of up time ( i think not sure) and I was thinking since hiem's turrets scale with all stats why not make it the same as zyra's plants. I have no problem if they change that but the fact that his turrets can auto aquire while someone is just near them and not if they get attack or hiem gets attacked. or change the target change speed too be slower because that is just way too fast, the towers are much slower than hiem's turrets and that is a problem should be same or slower or something like that.
