Jhin has some messed up ratios

So just played against an hybird mainly ap jhin and he fucking hurts. Like wtf look at his q (Min. Physical Damage: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD) (+ 60% AP), that is only the first shot but this is the forth hit (Max. Physical Damage: 147.62 / 209.13 / 270.64 / 332.15 / 393.66 (+ 73.81 / 86.11 / 98.42 / 110.72 / 123.02% AD) (+ 147.62% AP). Wtf is that ratios on both ad and ap eve had something like this and she got ahrd nerfed for several patches. but jhin needs a lot of hot fixes I mean damn. Look at his e ( Magic Damage: 20 / 80 / 140 / 200 / 260 (+ 120% AD) (+ 100% AP) (Reduced Damage: 13 / 52 / 91 / 130 / 169 (+ 78% AD) (+ 65% AP). And I thought ap yi, ap rengar, ap reksai, ap xin, ap jax and ap irellia where fucking strong; those are shit compared too hybird jhin like wtf wtf.
