The real problem on the Singed

I keep seeing posts about Singed. Posts about playing him does not mean you should be perma banned. Or other posts saying that not cooperating with your team is bannable and not talking to them is as well. While both maybe true, I think we are all missing the underlining issues of this problem. Singed's playstyle does not promote team play Yes, I'm not high ranking or a master level Singed player but his kit does not work well in teamfights. He is best at split pushing and proxying lanes. This isn't a player behavior issue but the problem that play Singed is similar to playing running simulator.
