Like 1500 dmg? That's tough to get within that wibdow. I might as well get Titanic hudra and do some damage.

Yeah it should be changed to 500 damage taken.

It's tuned to proc when actually engaging in a teamfight. You don't want it to proc on 500 damage, because then all it would take is the enemy ADC attacking you twice to proc it, and then you won't have it for the teamfight.
