Can I get some context as to why is Lucian getting a nerf? He is barely playable in the bot lane as is. Now you are going to make even that much worse? Like why? Like can I have some kind of context as i am a lucian main in the ad role and its already hard enough to win with him in the his current state and this nerf is going to drop his win rate evne more than it already is(hovering around 46%)

Frightning1 votesRiot thinks he may be pushing a lot of mid laners out of the mid meta, and they are probably right. The nerf is meant to help mid diversity more than anything (recall this is the world's patch, so focus is on health of competitive play).
Nahui1 votesADCs belong in ONE place in the game. Bot lane. If they go anywhere else, it's done for kit abuse or their identity changed (Quinn, Graves). Lucian is mid therefore deserves nerfs until he goes back bot. Same happened to vayne. Same happened to corki. Same happened to varus.
