dodge penelty during promos

i personally think the fact that dodging during a promo game makes it count as a loos is rather unfair those games are really important and if you get an obvious bad/troll team why shouldn't you be allowed to dodge to try and save your series? i know there needs to be a penalty for dodging but how about instead of a loss it doubles your que disabled time? instead of 5 mins you have to wait 10 mins? ive personally never had trouble in my promos but ive seen others beg someone to dodge because it was an obvious loss from champ select but they were in their promos so they couldn't dodge and they just had to sit there and accept their loss..i personally think this needs to be changed
