Supports need some Help

Supports really need some developer love. They are so unpopular now that going into solo queue, you almost have to pick a support to find a game in less than 5 minutes. There are obvious reasons for support being so unpopular.

1. First is games ending so quickly with recent changes. Supports are more for late game, where you are helping the entire team instead of babysitting your ADC (which is important but not that fun).
2. Second, with the ward changes, you no longer have as much strategic value.
3. Next you have really bad experience gain, most games I play in wind up with me being 2 or 3 levels behind everyone else, meaning you instantly become a target for everyone else, especially 3 on 2 and 4 on 2 bot lane ganks.
4. Bot has become the lane for junglers and mids to get fed off of because bot has less hit points and less levels than other lanes. Warding would help here but since you are having to split your wards up between 3 different bushes, you usually wind up with 1 of those bushes being a blind spot.
5. Gold for supports is horrible right now. I know that support items are cheaper, but this season bought us a season without a support tree that gives support extra gold. You could go back to using gold runes but you are so weak because of slower level gain that it makes you a liability
6. Finally, because of bot lane becoming a shark pit of 3 on 2 and 4 on 2 ganks, squishy supports like Karma, Zyra, Lulu, Janna, etc are almost useless to play because it's like dangling a lure to draw mid and top down bot to get fed.
