Bring Back Team Builder

Can we bring back Team Builder yet? It's actually much quicker and allows you to play the actual character you want to play. Draft Pick is so obnoxious and long to find teams because you have to constantly requeuing over and over again; because someone forgot to ban someone or someone forgot to pick a character. In Team build, you had the exact character you want and the queue time is quicker (considering requeues)... Team Build is just a better version of Draft pick, all the way around (Non-ranked of course).
