FYI IP Is Completely Free

just so you guys all get the update, IP is completely free. You don't have to spend a dollar to get any unless you want to. And you can currently unlock almost all "required" content over time just by playing the game you enjoy.

If this was not true, I would not be playing this game.

"Time is money" is indeed a true statement... if you are using your time as such. But you would be hardpressed to convince anyone that sitting at home (well unless you stream) and playing a game is such a valuable use of your time that people should pay you. In the end, you are playing the game because you enjoy it, you want something. But you are choosing to PLAY over going to work and getting paid, You are the one who is choosing to give up money in order to play a game, so your time is no longer being productive.

I value my time at $50/hour. So, I don't mow my lawn. I would rather pay someone $25 and enjoy the 1-2 hours it would take me. I am not making any money by saving myself that time, but it is worth me spending money to do. Likewise, I am not making any money by playing League. But I find it worthwhile to do because A) I'm a man-child B) I enjoy playing with friends. Sure the grind sucks, but I am willing to put up with it to play the game and have fun. If I wanted to use my time wisely I would have to work, but I think I can allot myself some time to enjoy myself. It is my adult (even as a teenager) decision to make that choice. And I'll live with the repercussions.

If you still disagree, I would like you guys to complain to Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, basically any game you ever spent time in.

So stop saying you invested in buying IP. You didn't. If you are a vet and just want to be honored/respected fine. You can keep asking for Riot to build you a shrine for playing a lot of the game. Because that makes you special.
