HUGE NINJANERF TO QUINN WTF @RITO

When I recall as Quinn under her ult's effects a second (the real) Valor comes down to chill with me. Now I get Valor and FrankenValor to both keep me company as I go back to base. I get so depressed I can't play the rest of the game. Plz Rito.

But on a serious note, I kind of feel that this is symbolic for a lot of recent reworks in the past year or so. They may be good or bad reworks, but the attention to the little details and the lack of "aftercare" kind of stings. It just feels like once the rework is out, it's rushing onto the next thing, making it feel a bit sloppy at times even if most of the time the reworks are positive and well-thought-out. I'd rather reworks come out slower if it means reworks get to have some serious time for "aftercare" once they've been released.

Tl;DR: Quinn gets two Valors, but Grave's can't have his cigar

I dunno I mean the Q change was **really **good example of aftercare for a rework after playerbase feed back.

And uh I've never actually seen this bug yet.

I think you're having to dig really deep to think this is a problem. There are real problems with the game, and this isn't one of them.
