riot: we have lately been getting a lot of complaints about yi and rageblade, so to make up for all the negativity we've decided to buff him!
Master Yi Wuju Style (E): Flat damage increased to 12/19/26/33/40 from 10/15/20/25/30. AD ratio changed to 25% bonus AD from 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% total AD.

You do realize that this is only a buff to AD Yi, which is much easier to deal with than Sated Rager Yi. With this, Sated Yi gets nerfed (thank god) and normal Yi will do what he normally does anyway
If you did the math you'd see it's not actually a buff unless you have a LOT of bonus AD.
Yes becasue full damage Yi is what people are complaining about.

It's not really a direct buff, it shifts his power so he has to build AD now instead of melting entire teams with 1 damage item and the rest tank items.
Either way Yi needs some real nerfs. Gutting Titanic Hydra because he abuses it is not the right direction. Yi abuses everything, he's the problem.
Moving it to bonus AD means it's a nice nerf to Sterak's Gage on him.
