yeah, they are just not worth it at all, even in long games, directly getting the stats you want as runes will be worth more.

agreed. I used to have it as a support rune page back in the days of heart of gold but as gold/10 items dissapeared, and supports gained more active methods of gold generation i just turned it into a tank page for tanky supports.

Champions with solo-laner incomes don't need the meager gold-tick from Quints, especially when it means you have to sacrifice otherwise more-useful ones
