natural talent is useless during all phases of the game

i'd rather have 2% lifesteal and spellvamp through the entire game than 10 AD and 15 AP at lvl 18 when you already have high enough numbers (let it be AD or AP)

seriously, i wouldnt pick this mastery on any champion at all
