Ahri nerfs are in the wrong direction.

I'm not an Ahri main, but I'm pretty sure the reason everyone hates playing against this piece of shit is because of the 2 second charm that also enables a 20% damage increase. Ahri's E has become much like Zoe's E, where getting hit by it almost guarantees you getting one shot. Nerfing her ultimate cooldown will only push her back into obscurity, without actually solving the real issue.

This problem isn't exclusive to just Ahri, numerous champions were nerfed due to having ridiculous CC abilities (Nocturne E Fear, Zoe E Bubble), and instead of having their durations or bonus utility reduced, they nerfed every other part of their kit without removing what made those champions so frustrating to play against in the first place.

CD increase barely does anything, especially against Electro Ulti Hunter builds

Against Glacial Augment builds it forces you to buy GLP first because Twin Shadows only has 10% compared to the 20% of Luden's + the 5-7% ulti CDR from Ulti Hunter.

It does nothing to the standard Ahri builds. I'm more offended by the principle and outright refusal to do anything about the jungle moreso than the fact she's getting nerfed.

Also, what's wrong with an assassin post-6 100-0'ing you if you're caught out and they land all their skillshots? It was silly in Zoe's case because her 100-0 potential is combined with a complete lack of interactivity, RNG determining whether or not you can approach the wave thanks to her W, and said 100-0 potential being on a much shorter CD than any assassin ultimate.
