I did the 3 augment mission with 2 augments or less on each member, but because I had the 3 augment mission and not the 2 augment mission, it doesn't auto complete, so I have to start all over again.

Lol that is the point you did it with 3 or less now you need to do it with 2 or less. I mean if it was how u described it I want the damage and healling from previous games to count towards the mission I didnt have xD
