I feel like Katarina is in a similar place as pre-rework Akali and Irelia. She is very mobile with unique mechanics and has a pretty dedicated fanbase, but she doesn't have any skillshots in her kit whatsoever. Does she really capture the fantasy of the master knife thrower if she's balanced around not needing to aim anything?
How would you feel if Katarina's Q and/or R was a skillshot of some kind?

She does what an assassin is supposed to do, if you're having trouble play cc champs or pick lulu into her and poly her. GG
