WHERE do you find information on LoL site

I have googled perused wiki and NO where can I find an explanation of this ranking rating champ thingie, C C+ C- D D+ and mention of S- to gain a chest.

Is there ANYWHERE on your site that actually tells us what these code mean, as of right now they are perfectly meaningless to me....surely you explain it SOMEWHERE, finding info is ridiculously hard.
