Your next match you went 15/1/3 and got a Pentakill, but the team's match histories suggest that there was a 3-man on the other team and nobody else was premade at all.

Unfortunately you are mistaken.
I earned the pentakill because I duo'd with the person who played Alistar.
In addition, the game in which there was a "three man" on our team, (I'm just going to assume you're correct) who never admit to being threeman, flamed the two solo queue players, the Graves and myself. It now makes sense why their flame was so coordinated and consistent.
