When they have a morgana, it's better to wait for the game to start and until you get snared. You'll have time to finish your dinner + dessert as well.

Well you can't really win lane by afking on anything but soraka, except maybe janna, but it's less effective.

I would agree with this. A few weeks back in ranked had our designated "jungle" lock Ashe with no smite, then when the game starts says "Wait who is jungle?" Im just saying, if you pay so little attention that you dont even know what role you are, maybe.......just maybe......you shouldnt be playing ranked?

In ranked, coordination in champion select can be very important, and I don't get why people consistently ignore it. Yeah, sure I go get some food occasionally too, but most of the time I pay attention and try to help out my teammates by trading champs or even roles.

I feel conflicted. On the one hand, I disagree with the premise, as if you're able to get back before the game starts and do your stuff then you should be fine. On the other hand, it's a really funny thread and I'm up voting it purely on that principle. I'm a sucker for salt.

I wait until i finish locking in my champ and runes masteries summoners then i go outside and smoke a cigg... but i look at yhe exact time i leave my keyboard and return 3 to 4 minutes later depending on my pick position never been late to the game

I agree with you OP. You have said a thing many supports feel.

Problem is that its not just selfishness, its also stupidity.

Youre asking stupid people to not be stupid... cant be done.

I get all the downvotes when I say this but here it is:

League is filled with a lot of younger people, and typically the younger the player, the less forethought they possess and the more self absorbed they are. These two factors congregate to create a behavior people usually call "childish," which is appropriate because it is probably the behavior of an adolescent League player.

So here it is, lots of kiddies playing the game, and I just said they cant think ahead and act like brats, roll in the downvotes bitches, you know Im talking about your childish ass. Which is indicative in itself. They identify as "a kid" and get that theyre being looked down upon, and petulantly downvote... which just makes my statement more true of their behavior.

I hope your message gets through OP, I really do. Iv been frustrated by the very same behavior. Even having to stop and tell my ADC to stop taking the cannon minions cause Im trying to last hit them cause theyre worth the most gold. Rarely does it help, cause the kiddies are so self absorbed they cant think how NOT last hitting them will help them because it involves another person.

Kiddies dont respect other people, or their time and are only concerned with themsevles. Self absorbed people can point out other peoples wrongs and be offended that they dont pay attention, but feel like people are over reacting when they get called out for not paying attention.

So like I said to the other guy...
