People don't like it when they're told how to play. Instances like these are what causes everyone to believe the League community is so toxic.
From Sivir's perspective: Man this game sucks, my support had a DC and I got tower dove, lost my turret and am behind 20 CS, and now everytime I try to farm the stupid Rek'Sai kills me and I can't even get away from him with my ult!

Congrats, you just created two toxic idiots who hate eachother's guts and use the rest of the match flaming eachother in chat and trying to steal CS.
I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming that you did say that line ver baetum (and not something more toxic like "Lmao our adc so shitty whelp what do you expect from silver xp"). Even if you were polite and Sivir clearly making mistakes, it does not help. Good people will admit they make mistakes and apologize, bad people won't. No one, however, likes being called out (and this is made more complicated because Sivir's predicament may not be entirely her fault anyways).
Instead, act. By a sweeper and sit in a brush while Sivir pushes bot, and ambush Rek'Sai. Or, use her as bait and take Baron/top or mid turrets/siege mid and dive 4v4 without your weakest member, and wothout their strongest member.
And if that doesn't work, then you probably lost, but thats fine since youre certainly gonna lose if you do nothing but flame eachother in chat. At least its a less suffocating defeat when people arent at eachothers throats.
I like to take the game to them, they keep running off solo, just follow them. Then your team follows you. That way they can't get caught out solo.
