Why would she need it? Rylai's gives nothing useful to her as an early game item. Her E slow is much more powerful than the passive. Rylai's does apply to Nami's W yes but if her E slow is more powerful, why would you even need it? She already has enough tools to hit her Q and ultimate. Please remove it before new players start buying it on her.

Its generally made for ap champs to reliably hit further skills. Such as azir or taliyah. its not that good of a support item because theres better items for them as their main role is to ensure their carry is alive which their skills canb already do as well as providing buffs and debuffs fro their team and your team

LXII2 votesUhhh, buying RoA at 30+ minutes? Good plan. Liandry's wouldn't aid your team any aside from you doing a little extra damage. Protobelt also doesn't help anyone but yourself aside from some damage from the active and the CDR.
Tell me again how any of those are better than additional slowing?

serenity71 votesMastery 6 Nami here. Rylai's is actually a good situational item on her. You are getting HP, AP and utility without having to buy more CDR. Her W bounces apply the slow, so does her ultimate after the knock up. The extra slow does make a difference, whether you are trying to pin down mobile enemies or help your ADC kite tanks. The slow is just more utility, and this one is point and click(her W). This build works very well.
