He literally can spam it almost non-stop, he doesn't use mana, it's kind of broken...the best top laner in the world last year used it him quite a bit, and dominated hard.

when Rumble uses an ability he generates heat and if he over heats he can not use any abilities. he has to manage his heat and try to keep it about 45% so he can get the bonus damage when it is over 50% so he has no mana pool. think of it like energy on Akali Kennen Shen Zed LeeSin but with the higher it gets the more damage does and when it is maxed he cant cast abilities. where as the ninja's i listed can only use abilities when they have enough energy to do so and they run out . but because it you and all your rhetoric from your toxic self i always down vote you. and 99% of the time you are wrong. which is the case here.

Too bad i'm not wrong and I know how his ability works. He can still spam it almost non-stop and it does increasingly more damage, and requires no mana or "energy" and has a very low cd. So it should be increased. But I respect the fact you admitted to downvotting my post simply because you don't like me, at least you're an honest troll.
