"Sorcery rune tree"

Well nimbus cloak is back on PBE right where the ultimate hat is....[slayer-jinx-unamused] i just have one question and im just being completely honest here but....why does a mage tree have so many movement speed runes on it?In what world are mages known to move fast?Why do mages need all this movement speed why cant mages have their own things and why just why do you still want to take off the ultimate hat from this tree? [zombie-brand-facepalm]
