So, here is what we can infer about Kled from his teasers
for those of you who haven't seen it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xw46WPuXMk0
Kled wields a pistol and some kind of yordle sized halberd, and he rides his trusty mount (Dinosaur?).
I think we might have something a bit like GP, in that he is a melee champion who occasionally pulls out his gun for a ranged attack. That said, it could just as easily be the other way around, wielding the pistol by default and slashing at anyone who comes too close.
There is one more clue, which has the potential for a rather funny combat style. The music in the video is very peaceful, so I think that Kled's mount, whatever it is, is far from malicious (despite the actions it takes).
Think of the Lizard like an overly friendly and rather dumb mastiff in a field of rabbits. It only wants to play with Kled and his enemies, but ends up killing them; and doesn't even realize it (see how it remains very happy when Kled finishes off a soldier not three feet from him.)
Also, while they are obviously strong together, they are both able to hold their own seperately. As evidenced by the posters and the video title, Kled and his mount were both surviving on their own up until that point. Kled, up until he got onto his mount, had been kicking some ass. The lizard was having a ball of a time with the soldiers until it saw Kled and tried to join him.
The mount is not always obidient; we see in the posters that it likes to run off (maybe it is easily distracted).
So, what we have: A melee basic attack with a heavily used ranged spell (or possibly vice versa) Some mechanic involving getting your mount to "play" with the enemy team. This may be slightly uncontrollable. They are not always together; You will have direct control over Kled at all times, with some way of indirectly controlling your wily lizard. Your ultimate or passive will probably be what lets you get onto your noble steed. While you are riding your mount, there may be a way for your enemies to distract your lizard.
