We are against snowballing but :

we will give you a 11.000 tanky monster to follow you in the lane in order to have free time to snowball in other lanes and all enemy champions leave their lanes and go and try to kill it
while their towers are just free to be destroyed !

"In recent seasons, and mostly in s5, Riot is trying to shut down all the chances of snowballing the game after you get ahead of your counter-part. The increased experience if you are behind in average levels, shutting down early gold from turrets, objectives, dragons and increasing baron timers just seems unfair."
