Does anyone think J4 deserves a nerf?

I would say just hit his Q ratio by about .1, or his ult by .2.

This lets him keep his tank build healthy by not touching the base numbers, while making his assassin build less over bearing

i think other junglers should be buffed to be on his level

j4 shouldve been nerfed ages back.... hes way too stronk whilst being tanky, it is assassin/tank meta for years now :/

He's been needing a nerf for years -- but he's the original LC$ favorite, so he's never goinna be nerfed to parity.
