About how losses at 0 lp does it take to drop from GoldV to Silver 1
I have like 7 losses at 0 LP in flex and still havent dropped to silver..is it really that hard to drop a tier?

Check your teammates ranks if they get anywhere close to silver 5 you are in danger of dropping.
it's impossible to drop below were you were placed and takes quite a big lose streak to drop tiers.
is there anyway I can drop w/o intenting? I can't duo w/ a friend anymore which is the whole reason for flex...feelsbad
It's MMR based rather than # of losses. Once you're around the MMR of a full tier below (i.e. silver 5 MMR), then demotion becomes realistic. In practice this usually means you can't drop tiers unless you were boosted or had an exceptional lucky streak (or alternatively, you have an exceptionally large unlucky streak to be demoted despite deserving gold).
Some people have crappy mmrs but manage lucky streaks that get them promoted to gold 5 despite having silver mmrs even when they were promoted, while others are actually way ahead of the curve and may have high gold or even plat mmrs when they're first promoted to gold. The former group could find themselves being demoted with only a handful of losses, while the latter might require dozens of losses.
You can't drop from gold without losing games, so it'd probably be better for your teammates if you had your friend climb to silver rather than you try to drop to silver. Playing with friends is sortof the point, but it's still intended to be a teamwork based competitive experience, so premades featuring people multiple tiers apart kindve spoil that.
