Nobody knows what relic shield does
Every game my team doesn't let me last hit a couple minions, they think I'm stealing from them even when I explain how the item works... Please riot make a support PSA

it can be bad in lane sometimes, but people start grouping in mid game u can guarantee your gold income from that item, is zero, no one is EVER going to let u kill a minion, it's pretty sad.

Or when your laners see you walking towards a wave of 20+ Minions to sit there and soak up the hp with overgrowth, so they ult to make sure to kill every last minion before you get there.
I used to main Nautilus so I know how awful it can be for people to completely disregard relic shield, but sometimes I accidentally last-hit a cannon with my relic shield support right next to me and I feel really bad >.<

There was a time when the Relic charges could be pinged. Now I ping - and people still don't read it - that I got a ward (or not).

There's a very simple reason why mid-game people don't want to give Relic users CS.
It takes about 3seconds for a support to auto attack 4 minions, and usually at mid game, someone can clear a wave in 1 second.
Riot needs to find a way for supports to do the same with relic shield - ie, one auto attack used all 4 stacks.
It's not a problem with players, but a problem with design.
Yah but playing support we kinda always get shafted. Are items get abused by other lanes so they get nerfed. They added side quests to make getting wards up harder.
Hardly any supports are playable in other roles other then support. They don't seam to get what supports want. The role is so disliked riot created auto fill to force people to play it.
TBH i don't even care what riot does to the role anymore i just want to do the job most people dislike because it feels nice to be useful. I just wish they wouldn't gut warding so hard you know. I like my little ward buddies but riot seems to hate that i like them.
NTM banner got removed so i cant have fun with that anymore. Maybe riot can find a way to make support items only available to supports. Kinda like smite items for junglers.

i kind of think this goes two-way tbh
like supp wasting charges on minions adc can easily kill, not keeping at least one for the cannon wave, nor even pinging i must use mana to secure it so i expect him to exec..
sigh, in fact i often use g ping to tell "go take it.." xd
