Why does it matter if the enemy team report him or not?
League isn't dying, but it's playerbase has been and continues to shrink. Riot is doing a good job in marketing but I highly doubt they are retaining the new players they attract. I think next season will be a make or break for Riot. Either they'll give players back what they want and used to have or they'll continue to bleed out veteran players while being unable to retain the new players their ads attract. I know this year my last 3 Season 4 buddies quit league for good and have zero interest in coming back. Next year I may end up joining them.

nothing is a big deal unless you make it a big deal. toxic player? mute them and move on. pay no attention to them like they want.
Had a similar game not too long ago actually. Top laner got tilted after our jg accidentally got his lane frozen on him. Bought tears and legit started running it down. Fortunately the other team was bad enough for us to carry the top laner anyway. Still haven't seen an (an action has been taken) message cus I know we all reported that fool. Feelsbadman.
Hi2u, I just won a 4v5. 1 player may mess up the game, but if 5 people on the enemy team mess up, you can still win.
Well, after about 10 deaths and 0 kills, they are worth about as much as a cannon minion. So let them run around and you and your team continue doing what you did in the first place that was helping you win.
Mute them and report after game. Also, if he dies 2 times to each them, there is a nearly assured 450 gold bounty on the enemies. So just make sure they dont get kills and its all good
