Actual things to consider before making a post about balance

then Riot wont wont do it, getting real tired of these post by people who dont know this ;l

no srsly, Rito wai... the balance team or any other Rioter is only required to play a game a day the actual players have devoted a relatively large portion of their entire life to league so uuh no, developers actually dont know whats best ;l
