not really...... The only nerf he needs is "If you attack Ivern During Friend of the Forest's Channel, the Channel is cancelled"

Friend of the Forest can be used while Ivern or the camp is in combat (from the Wiki)

not true. I have mastery 7 on ivern and trust me, whenever you get attacked while doing a camp, it stops his passive.

Then make it so he can't channel if the camp is being attacked, and instead have him attack the camp if it is already in combat

I don't think that's savage. The Boards have been asking Riot to nerf him for quite a while now. Sure, not as much as Lee or Yasuo, but they complain about Ivern nevertheless.
