IIRC, Rammus got a big winrate spike in the past few days.
well i am playing ad with a bit of tankiness vi and god it feels good oneshoting people who can oneshot people [zombie-nunu-hearts]
they are and hes at 60% winrate right now. because the goddamn marksmen are once again the center of everything and killing them wins the game.
only that this time there are just like 2 champions that can deal with them.
I think it's because people don't want to grind for the scaling/flat armor runes to actually play him and they're too scared to take him into lane with exhaust and ignite
because he still gets rekt by adc's who can competently kite including low range ones
why aren't people playing swain then? he literally loves fighting ADCs because unless he's focused, he will take everyone down at the same time
Dealing with Rammus is easier now due to the item changes.
