I am convinced that anyone complaining about Malzahar nerfs has never even seen a Malzahar
and decided that that must mean he is underpowered

Or, they've played him and found that a low-range mage with no jumps, no way to kite, an ultimate that makes him sit still to do damage, and damage-over-time instead of burst isn't what they'd call "OP"
I've certainly been beaten bad by many a Malzahar, enough that it wouldn't surprise me if he needs a slight nerf but not bad enough to scream for nerfs.
