Does everyone who wants any champion nerfed a baddie, or people only baddies if they complain about this one specific champion?

Sorry that Riven has an actual cooldown on her ultimate now. It's not like she's gated by a mana cost or anything.

Because for a no resource champ to also have low CD is too much, they all want no CD like Yasuo.

This is precisely why we should all go back to mana.

Dear me, all those Plat+ "baddies" that can't handle an experienced Riven.

You do realize this is the same reason why they nerfed Eve, right? Because people who have a ton of games on her (which is the largest segment of her player base, as the most popular top champion at that rank) have a very high win rate. Low elo complaints had nothing to do with this.

Why is that even a problem? All Riven douche-mains builds item 3158 anyway.

Plus, she was dominating some Worlds games, so why aren't you complaining to the Pro Teams who abused her too? Huh??

meh...it's not as bad as i thought. with full 40% CDR it's like a 8 sec difference at max.
