I'll give you this, Riot. Minimum W damage is a good way to buff Kog's early game

Without buffing late, I mean. Good call. Three extra damage per attack at level one might not seem like much, but that stuff adds up!

Though in all seriousness, Kog's biggest problem is that his W lasts long enough for skirmishes, but it craps out in the middle of team-fights. There's a reason why it used to last 8 seconds. Given that Kog's whole thing is high sustained damage it seems weird that his sustained damage is cooldown-locked late game.

If I want a hyper-carry that annihilates a whole team in a few seconds, why wouldn't I pick Twitch instead?

Fun thought, what if for each ultimate he lands on champions the CD of his W is reduced by 1 second.

That way you play sorta a game of AA with W active, spam R while running around, then reactivates.

That would honestly be a pretty cool mechanic. It would make landing Ults against even high HP foes rewarding for Kog since he wants to get his W back up as soon as possible.

And maybe make it so that his ult has next to no cast time (none would be OP) so he doesn't give up DPS to gain future DPS.

His W already cuts his cast times in half while it's active, so unless you're sitting at the 5.0 mark then tossing out an Ult when a foe is at low health should be increasing, not decreasing your damage.

really? I don't play koggles, but I saw other people complaining about how his ult was useless while W was up because of the dps loss. guess I'm wrong there.

Still wish they'd just up and revert the W so that Kog could use standard ADC items again...

Forcing him to be an awkward split damage ADC when there isn't a split damage pen item is unpleasant.

Well, he does have the hybrid penetration on his Q. But with his Q losing its attack speed putting more than one point in it looks far less attractive.
