Every champion has CC and/or movement modifiers in their kit

also, are you implying that the only way to have a healthy champion kit is to remove all utility and mobility? then everyone would just be indistinguishable walking balls of damage.

I mean, Mordekaiser's only movement modifier is the tiny speed up he gets when he moves the auras together. But yes, this is correct.

i dont know the point of this post but i can say with as much CC as there is in the game now its almost impossable to get any channel ability off anymore unless the enemy team is complete retard. personally i blame people complaining about kats ult for the spike in mass CC.
