How do I get out of Bronze?

I'm currently stuck in Bronze 4. I was placed in Bronze 4 and soon, after a large win streak, rose to Bronze 2. I failed my series to Bronze 1 and then tumbled back down to B4 where I am now stuck. How do I get out of Bronze, I'm not saying I deserve diamond or platinum but I'm just asking how I can get the hell out of bronze, so can anyone offer tips on how to improve.

Only look at how you play. If one of your teammates are doing badly, dont point it out, dont flame and dont rage. Just think of how you are playing. IF and only IF you have a chance to help them, help them out, do not try to charge in to their lane with out a proper thought otherwise you will only die.

Here's some things that helped me finally climb to silver

-Practice a few new champions over and over in normal games to expand your champion pool, learn strong/meta champs -Ban the champions that are really op right now, like Vi, Khazix, leblanc -Ward a lot, watch the minimap, keep track of where the enemy jg is, use pings, follow your laner, look for opportunities to roam(push your lane first) -Focus on last hitting, don't play aggressively in lane unless you have a clear advantage, don't push without warding, attack the enemy when their abilities are on cooldown (ex. lux just used her q on minions)

record your games and watch them to see where you made mistakes -if you are jg dragon control is important, so is ganking bot lane for first tower -if you have a lead tell your team to group and push objectives, end games quickly dont throw

Diamond here. I am not "pro" by any means, but improving on several key areas should help you rise up the ranks:

Farm. Lots and lots of farm. 17 or so creeps = 1 kill, and is something you can obtain consistently and much easier than trying to needlessly fight in pursuit of kill blood/gold.
Towers win games. Kills are only a means to an end: kills prevent enemy champions from defending turrets, killing turrets gets you closer to the nexus, the destruction of which awards victory to one of the teams.
Inhibitor > Baron. No really. It's saying "I need to get to work. I can get to work right here and now, or I can waste time getting out the car".
Work with your team, it's a team game. This involves not flaming or cussing or trolling the other members of your team, however tempting it may be.
Game knowledge: know the numbers, know the math. League is basically a numbers game when you remove all the abstractions.
