Shen being gutted.... Again
Buffs: His E costs 30 less energy and the hit box is larger. (This change is a god send for all Shen mains) [15/20/25/30/35/40 at levels 1/4/7/10/13/16] base damage on Q
Nerfs: Empowered attacks bonus damage to non champions removed - 30/50/70/90/110. Base shield value lowered from 250/550/850 to 175/350/525 [new] Shield now scales up based on missing health of target, up to 160% of base Value (280/560/840). [Meddler noted this value is comparable to live at 40% allied health.] Cooldown increased from 180/150/120 to 200/180/160
Observations: I enjoyed the brief time I had maining Shen. I managed to get him to Level 5 but looks like Top Shen is now bad compared to most other tanks. R.I.P Jungle Shen and R.I.P Split pushing. Shen is getting the Camille treatment. Also Riot stop balancing your game around LCS and get rid of your Shen gutting addiction.
Verdict: Galio is now a better version of Shen. I'll just go main Galio now that Shen just got nerfed into the ground.
