He also had a 70% win rate in ranked which is completely fucking unheard of. He was already in plat 4 in less than 30 games. Anyways, he literally never missed a Q, always hit his wall, always had a perfect back-up/ult timing and it was ridiculous it was like a perfect robot.

There should be a report for "cheating" post game. Otherwiise follow what MCBiggah99 said, as there isn't an in client way to report people you didn't play a game with.
