Assassin Rework didnt work

Fizz is still able to 1shot me , like i am top lane - lv 13 and which is actually lv 12 roams to me , and literally kills me under tower with around 60% hp i have , and by under tower i mean he solo killed me with only .. this is actually toxic as f and might i tell you he didnt even use ult its crazy how this mini rework didnt help at all

Except he can't only have a Sheen and do that.

His W has a delay on the damage, and his E Q with sheen

And finally he is an assassin doing ASSASSIN work i don't see a problem

anyone can kill you with only 60% health or less, what do you think assassins are made to do genius.
