Something they should have done years ago in my opinion

Do you guys remember a few years ago when they removed poachers knife from jungle items? They had a very valid and important reason for doing so. In pro play / high elo play, it was 100% picked, and the point of having 3 was that there was supposed to have pros and cons to the items. Here's my proposal:

When upgrading skirmishers saber or stalker's blade to warrior, cinderhulk, runic echoes, or bloodrazor, you get 2 wards with it. it doesn't increase pick rate of either of them, it increases jungle presence (which is needed atm), and it gives some help to Lee Sin mains, who would love to have it back.
