Riot Can You make us a promise to Never Buff a Champion Within 3 Patches of a Skin Being Released?

I am sick of you guys buffing a champion just to increase skin sales, obviously, that is what happened to Pyke, most players are complaining about the champion and last time you touched him it was a ner-BUFF where you played it off as a nerf but you made him, even more, cancer overall.

This whole thing just makes you guys look so greedy, many already think you guys have stopped caring about the state of your game, but it's becoming more and more obvious after each patch.
