Brother's accound banned but i want to get him back into the game. can i get him unbanned?

So either 2 or 3 years ago my brother, me and 3 of my friends played a 5 man game of arurf, he got draven and so during the game he channeled his inner T1 and cussed us out both in game chat and in discord, we were cool with it because thats just how we are with that particular group of friends, but after the game my brother got kicked from the client and when he relaunched league he got hit with the chat logs and a perma ban. He had never had any prior warning and during the game the only thing he said in all chat was ggez (as far as i know) long story short i have tried several times to get him unbanned (because he quite frankly does not care) and i always get responses like "if nobody reported him he would not have been banned". he said some pretty nasty stuff and under normal circumstances i would understand the ban... idk should i push to get him unbanned again? does anyone else have a similar story to this one?

Someone in the game in that premade did not like the behavior and reported. Or maybe they reported for the lulz. He can make a new accounr but peobably won't be given thw old one back

You can push for it, but you will never succeed, especially if the owner is not even the one care enough to ask for unban.

This may possibly be the one case where ggez got someone banned, albeit may not from the ggez itself. Goes to show, don't salt the enemy if you have dirt on you. He may just got reported by the enemy.

ok here are some answers to all of your questions so far @Imperial Pandaa i can all but guarentee it was not one of my friends who reported but all of them told me they did not report. @zPOOPz that was my theory as well and riot support refused to tell me who/ what team they were on (asked from the banned account) @Jaara here are all of the chat logs (im not gonna say the words but will put a clean version in its place)

if he did say that last word in all then im not sure if it warrants a perma ban on first offence or not but i understand the situation a bit more.

Here is the first support ticket i submitted for some more context. also i would like to thank everyone that took the time to comment and let me know of their opinion.

MATHEW64 February 25th 2017, 6:47:06 pm I got kicked from the client after a game and I received a message stating that I was permanently banned for toxicity. I had never received any warnings before hand and find the lack of minor punishment or warnings upsetting. I did not say all of these rude/ toxic statements to random players, but only to my 5 man premade who are all good friends of mine. I am wondering if I could have the perma ban revoked and instead receive a chat ban because this was my first warning. p.s. I plan to act more polite and use more appropriate language for now on if I am given another chance.

Regardless of context, this is not something that we or the League community tolerates. There is really no excuse for this type of language and behavior. In these situations it is possible to skip other tiers of punishments, and it is what we've deemed appropriate here. Because of this, we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

Although this marks the end of the line, we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation with whatever new games you decide to play.

MATHEW64 February 26th 2017, 12:09:32 am i understand that what i did was wrong and that i deserve a punishment, but a warning or smaller initial punishment would have been nice. although you said that context wouldn't change anything i would like to reiterate that all of the players that read these rude comments were in a voice chat with me already. the main reason that i am sending this followup message however is that i had approximately 20$ Canadian RP leftover on the account and am wondering if i could either get a refund or send it to my friends. p.s. could you specify if this ban was based only on this one incident or an several incidences prior.

You were suspended for the game in question. If no one thought your behavior was inappropriate, you wouldn't have been reported. If you didn't get reported, you wouldn't have been suspended.
