Can we finally buff vision?

I am getting so annoyed by how bad the vision options are right now as they have been nerfed to the ground over the last few seasons.

Sight Stone - Gone Trackers Knife -Gone Pink wards - Nerfed replaced with control ward Buying a support item as a juggler who wants wards and sweeper... looks like funnel killed that one Buying an item that detects vision - Duskblade... no no no only for assassins

as you can tell, I am frustrated because I want to provide more vision as a jungle main but riot says no.

All I want is for control wards to have their own spot on our item bars. During late game when people are full build and you're versing stealth champs, not having the room to buy control wards kinda sucks.

Nah for real. I miss actual vision wars. And having ample vision.

I miss having to worry about a sweeper hitting 3 minutes of vision rather than a duskblade hitting 12 minutes of it. -.-

Wards just spoil the fun for assassin mains who jump out from around the corner and one shot you.

There should never be enough vision options in the game to have complete vision.

In reality the majority of players just don’t ward enough.

Basically there are too many ways you can remove a ward and little options to actually add one:

Ways to remove a ward :

  • Dusk blade.
  • Control ward.
  • Plants.
  • Sweeper
  • Ward can expire.
  • Can destroy ward in the first 3 seconds.

Ways to add a ward:

  • Trinket
  • Support item.

I think the team needs to start warding more. More options won't work if people aren't doing it in the first place.

I'm a support main, and I'm so tired of people not using their warding trinket. The enemy team could be building condos in our jungle, and literally only the support will ward. The best part is when is when someone pings an objective like it's only the supports job to keep those warded.

Right now it feels like a christmas miracle if I'm not the only one with a control ward on the map.

As a support main, Y E S, GOD, Y E S. Watchers item is total bullcrap. You get 1 extra ward for like 800 gold. Well, that's pointless if you can only put down 3 at a time. It needs to be an actual useful item. Give it a built path for more AP, or maybe just some CDR and Movement please. No one bothers to even upgrade to Watchers. I miss green and pink wards. RIP.

Maybe have vision cap scale with level. Max 2 wards at 6, max 3 at 11, max 4 at 16. This mostly helps support out, and not others since they can only have 2 charges anyway.

But yeah vision does feel to fall short a tiny bit. I feel like one of the trinket upgrades should include a pink ward but you only get like 1 every 6-10minutes or something. I feel like if they were to go for the 10minute option that's very long so that'll have to include a reg ward too. A trinket upgrade that gives u reg trinket wards + 1 pink war per 10minute.

The only thing I would really change right now is removing the black-out passive from duskblade. Alternatively allowing it to exist to where you can disable wards/traps that you come close to but you are not able to target and destroy them without the use of a sweeper.

I also still think having a slot for a pink ward isn't a terrible idea but I'm not 100% sure of the impact that would create on the game.

Just give control wards thier own spot.

My $.02 people rely on vision too much. I came from hots, where there is almost no vision. A few heroes have some, but over all there is very few options. So I got very good at watching the mini map. My exp with lol is almost no one does that regularly. In hots roams happen even more then they do in lol. The lanes are closer, you have a mount, no gold, globql exp and unless you have a movement ability you do not have an escape. All of those things make you play safer.
